A total of One (1) Hour for Rehearsal and Eight (8) Hours for the Wedding Day

PRE-WEDDING DAY SERVICES

  • Two (2) in-person planning and budget meetings (i.e. design & décor, vendor selection progress, time-line of activities, etc.)
  • Assistance with venue selection and negotiation
  • Unlimited Email contact
  • Assistance with the creation and printing of stationary (i.e. "Save the Date", invitations, programs, menus etc.)
  • Assistance with coordination and agreements for wedding transportation
  • Creation of a comprehensive event timeline and schedule for vendors and wedding party
  • Provide professional vendor referrals and assist with negotiations and the selection process
  • Assistance with menu selection, if neeeded
  • Assurance of marriage License is handed to Officiate
  • Creation of a personal wedding checklist, so no detail is overlooked
  • Detailed budget recap, recommendations to stay within budget
  • Two (2) hours of recommendations and suggestions (i.e. creative ideas, budgeting, etiquette)
  • Coordination and management of your wedding rehearsal
  • Assistant included up to 150 guests

 

WEDDING DAY SERVICES

  • Oversee all vendor commitments and ensure they are fulfilled to your standards
  • Manage the timing of your events with family, wedding party and guests
  • Provide a stress free experience for all involved, so you and your guests can relax and enjoy the memories created.

For weddings over 150 guests an additional assistant is required for $150.00.
